Yeah, most isn't in courts. It's behind closed doors in offices.

I think in the States there are too many lawyers, such that sue anything just as it's become more apparent here in more recent times. They don't have *proper* cases to deal with. :D That's of course on the court-front of things.

Some people have attempted to sue their parents for wrongful birth..i.e. they should not have been born to their horrible existence. I'm thinking, there's a quick way to remedy that one..
