Law doesn't have a major. It's just law. At USYD you have two years worth of compulsory subjects (16 subjects), and 1 year worth of electives (8 subjects including a jurisprudence subject). Actually there might now only be 7 electives, I think there might be a compulsory private international law subject as well...but I'm not sure, that requirement came in after I started so I don't have to worry about it.

At USYD generally for combined law degrees you only get one major in your other degree (rather than two). I know this is the case with arts, and I think its the same for commerce, but someone with a commerce background might be able to confirm that.

edit: here is a link to the 2013 undergraduate LLB guide for USYD http://sydney.edu.au/law/images/Feature Pane/2012/2013SydneyLawSchoolUndergraduateGuide.pdf

page 8 has a diagram of the course structure for a commerce/LLB combined student. It also appears that there is a compulsory private international law A subject for 5th year, so you get 7 electives (this is a relatively new addition).

At UNSW, I'm not sure what it is for Law - but you just see this:

http://www.handbook.unsw.edu.au/undergraduate/programs/2013/4733.html

"The Bachelor of Laws degree may be combined with a Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Accounting, Actuarial Studies, Business Economics, Business Strategy and Economic Management, Financial Economics, Finance, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, International Business, Management or Marketing."
