My cousins 16th birthday is in a couple of weeks and I was hoping to get her a makeup lesson for her birthday. I don't mean a professional makeup artists course or just having it put on for her as if she were going to her formal, just somewhere where Jelka can go and learn what kinds of products and colors are best for her skin tone and face and how to do makeup for herself. She has never really been able to wear much makeup as she had glasses up until 3 weeks ago (contacts now) so she is a beginner at doing it.

Does anyone know of somewhere that might offer something like this?

I was in the city a few days ago. In Myers at the Benefit stand they're taking bookings for free make up lessons. You can have a look into that.
