So far I've only purchased the course pack and I'm using the lecture notes. I don't think I'll be buying a textbook, since I've still got my brother's Discrete Math textbook from when he was in uni a coupla years ago Otherwise I'll just borrow something from the library.

Well the course pack includes a book full of problem sets and final exams - it's not too bad, I've already done a few of the q's. But yeah I don't think I'll bother getting anything else for MATH1081.

Some of the proofs hurt my head! Its so obvious but then you need to write something that makes mathematical sense....

My advice is to concentrate on MATH1151 and forget about MATH1081 all together!
