not sure about scaling, but a raw 52 is bound to scale to a 70-75+

Yup, It's crazy. Extension 2 and 1 really should be called Advanced 2 and Advanced 1 respectively. Mathematics Advanced should've just been kept as Mathematics. Standard 2 and 1 should've just been called Mathematics general 2 and 1. In addition Advanced sounds a lot cooler than Extension to overseas universities.

I guess they want to follow the retarded naming scheme for English, English "Advanced" and English "Standard". They should've just kept it as Literature and contemporary English respectively. There is nothing advanced about English "Advanced" essay writing at all. Its all just boring yap about an author who died hundreds of years ago fully biodegraded into oil already.
