There's actually a fair few girls doing advanced Maths in first year with me.

Most of them are my friends.

These claims are at odds with each other. If you say that Asians are good at maths and at the same time claim UNSW is better than the others at maths based on that ranking, then why are there so few Asian universities in the top 100?

Say I wanted to major in adv maths but do a bit of computer science and/or commerce? Again, Maths is definitely a priority.

Seriously though, as seanieg said for undergrad I don't think it matters a *whole* lot.

Clearly because kids in Asia get forced to do Medicine and Law, not maffs. And because they aren't doing what they are actually good at (maffs), the rankings get dragged down!
