Hey could someone help me solve the following as I seem to be running around in circles?Thanks!

if (a+b)/cosecA=(a-b)cotA then prove cosecA.cotA= (a squared- b squared)/ 4ab

Sorry don't have the ability to use mathematic notation.

The problem reads if a plus b over cosec A equals a minus b over cotA then use this to prove that cosecA times cotA equals a squared b divided by 4timesatimesb.

Its out of the cosgrove 3u text book.
