farrrr out =P
check out our med timetables....

*angry angry angry*

they change EVERY SINGLE DAY. there is no pattern (besides the clinical placements). argghhh~!!!!!! it's a blatant message from unsw: "med students shalt not have part time jobs during the week." booo :(

I totally agree there is no connection from one week to the neek

What about the activites next tuesday - in the roundhouse - is that fun or serious???????

I found somewhere we have an exam ahhhhh - no mention of assessments though hmmmmmmm

Which clinical placing did u get?

Apart from all that it does look too bad - hours i mean - like we are there every day but quite a few days are only 1 or 2 hours which is bearable

Contrary to what some people may tell you, it doesn't get better in terms of stability :(
A constant state of fluctuation.. I wish we just had set lectures etc like other degrees..

If you were organised you could probably still work on weekends and have time to study during the week...
Are you guys in every day of the week?

Umm, SBL = PBL. UNSW (along with other unis) copied Newcastle Uni which have had the UMAT, interview and PBL many years before now. UNSW just renamed it so they could create the illusion of originality :D

Actually, the whole PBL/SBL thing is nothing new. They started trialling it at Harvard about 20 years ago. Now that the rest of the world is finally cottoning on, Harvard is considering returning to conventional teaching methods...
