Hi,

For the MedEntry Exams, what percentiles are we looking to score in to get a 90+ for real exam? For the first exam I scored 84/134 and was ranked in the 51st percentile. I know they mention that in real exam the percentile will be higher but to what extent roughly? Anyone who has done MedEntry in the past/ or is currently doing it have any idea?

Thx

I'm writing this but not sure of it myself.

Based on 2015 to get 90+%ile you need 182+ marks, out of 292 max.
That's about 62 percent so if you score 84/134 in the real test you are there already, except ...

It is believed easier questions earn less marks than difficult questions (easy/difficult determined by how many students got them correct). If your 84 correct answers are mostly the easier ones it might be only 165 for 70%ile, well-mixed with difficult ones can boost you to 190 for 95%ile. A good wide range to pick from if anyone wants to predict!
