similar to lex..

BA MBBS.

BA in either political science or psychology.

As for specialty:

EM, Oncology, Palliative Care or Psychiatry.

Attempt to do more than just be a doc, lots of AMA type things, DOH advocacy... etc.

Try for Monash and Melbourne. I think they're pretty good.
I think entry into Adelaide is easiest.
I'd apply but....damn prerequisites

yup, thx for the explanation Lex.

Palliative Care:

. Palliative care is care which 'palliates', or relieves pain and other symptoms. It is given when treatment to cure an illness wont work any longer. It aims to ease the pain, distress and many other physical, emotional and spiritual problems that are present with a terminal illness.

see

rrp:

oncology: the branch of medicine that deals with tumors, including study of their development, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.

palliative: relieving or soothing the symptoms of a disease or disorder without effecting a cure.

You can figure out palliative care from there :)

AMA = Australian Medical Association?

DOH = Department of Health? :)

Prerequisite: something that is prerequisite, a course that is required prior to taking an advanced course.

The prerequisite for HSC Physics would be the successful completion of the Preliminary Physics course.
