I heard on the news that Jackson could end up spending 20 years in jail. I reckon that Jackson's guilty but i dont think he deserves 20 years. Even so i dont have any interest in the case.

Did anyone see that South Park episode on a few weeks ago about a guy based on Jackson? Dam it was frightening.

I think he could be guilty but theres no strong evidence so we shouldn't be adding more fuel to the fire yet.

He's received alot of bad publicity in the media over the years and you have to question how many cases he settled out of court due to fear of losing reputation. I also wonder how many people used this fact to their advantage.

i personally think he is guilty... his music is legendary though, such an amazing performer it is such a shame that he turned out so whacked because now thats all people focus... i can imagine in the future my grankids will be like "oh that Michael Jackson wasn't he that black guy who was white and liked to rape children?" it is really sad that that is how he will be remembered. That being said, anyone who openly proclaims "Yes children have slept in my bed while i was in it! whats wrong with that? it's the most natural thing in the world!" I mean it's not a very unique or fascinating trial. it's only getting this much hype because it's michael jackson.
There's only one issue worthy of debate associated with this case. It might be difficult for him to get a fair trial no matter how scrupulous the jury selection panel is, because nearly everyone has heard of him. they'd have to get the Amish in. Whether he's guilty or not that's up to the jury to decide. Those fans are sad, especially the ones that have flown in from Wales. Don't they have bloody better things to do with their time and breath.

Let's pretend we heard on the news some middle aged man had been sleeping in a bed with pre pubescent boys, but NOTHING SUSS HAPPENED! There's the issue of him giving them alcohol too... And then there's the other issue of this male having had previous accusations against him.

Do we stop for one minute to question whether this guy is dodgy or not? No, of course we think he's dodgy.

So why do people defend Michael Jackson? Is it hard to believe that a black boy - come - white female is capable of child molestation?

most of us..in our early 20's......be all mature........work our whole lives like slaves..and stufff.....and worry about everything.....and stress out etc...

i recon we are the strange ones..............if i was rich..............i would climb trees and be like peter pan or whatever he says he is..............just like him....


Im not saying he is totally innocent........but at a minimum for all the greatnesss and generosity he has given to the world.....when most other pple only care for them selves.............

we could atleast give him the benefit of the doubt............

Nothing has been proven yet, I hardly think it appropriate to denounce him as definitively guilty when we really have no idea of anything other than the accusations made against him. Those alone have impacted upon people through the most forceful and evocative connotations, but it does not for one second mean they are true simply because they have been made!

Benefit of the doubt? this is the second time he is accused of child touching. Maybe bells should ring that maybe he is actually guilty.

The image of him appearing on tv as a "big kid" in his neverland , is just one side of Michael that he showed to the media. EVERYONE has other darker sides to them, and i am shore Micaheil has a few of his.

i want to comment on the court appearances.

this will drag on for a long time.
Today his loyars wife is dead so + a week
Then there is the jury and to pick it will take months.
Then i am shore some other crap will come up and the case will drag on untill just forgotten , and michael will escape through the backdoor.

• Jury people might secretly be hardcore fans , or want michael to be guilty no matter what.
• His parents say this is all due to Racial Hatered

As i see all the evidence up til now, but know that there is probably still more to come out, i think he is innocent. Most of the facts just don't really point to MJ being a child molester, but then again, that is only my opinion.
