monitor/graphics problems (1 Viewer)

ok so whats the deal with this for some reason my monitor randomly keeps on changing colour. For eg sometimes when i turn my computer on the graphics are normally fine, and sometimes when i turn it on the screen is completely grey and dark. Ive tried reinstalling my graphics card but the same thing still happens?

Could this be that my monitor is screwed or that there is something wrong with my graphics card?

only way to test that is replace ur monitor temporarily
