and bubz, all i was saying was that I think all the lotr movies are of the same quality, as in just as good as each other. So I found it hard to believe why someone would hate one and like another. But, they obviously wont accept this, so lets leave it at that.

And yes, Ringu is not very good at all. But yes, watch Battle Royale, its so very awesome. I loved it.

never saw the japanese version, although i watched most of ring 2 before i turned it off because i was bored. really, nothing at all happens, at least for the first half, and i wasn't going to bother finding out if that changes
