Ok I was told by my teacher to go back over the 1st 6 months of preliminary notes for multiple choice
Is studying the Law and Justice section of the HSC course sufficient for the MC, like is it just a summary of preliminary work with all the stuff we need to know, or am I going to need to go over the 1st 6 months of prelim?

I haven't gone over the first 6 months prelim. work, i think the only stuff they can ask is stuff you'll probably vaguely remember in the exam, espicially when the answer is right there in front of you, e.g. how did equity develop? Most of it is revised in the HSC law and society topic.
