Nah it's not, it's like a titration. As long as you have the same number of moles of acetic and HCl (cos theyre both monoprotic), the same volume of NaOH is required. (like how the same volume of NaOH is required to reach equivalence point of HCl and Acetic, both monoprotic)Not too sure about this, but isn't 17. a) Because they have the same molarity, but hcl is stronger than than acetic?
