it's good. possibly a 17 or 18 out of 20
but it could be better.

make sure to suggest a time frame to implement the new strategies. also i reckon for your conclusion that you should have it in paragraph form rather than in dot points. other than that it looks quite solid.

Its missing a lot of key sections, does not go into enough depth and could be a lot longer.

or rewrit ethe situation analysis in paragraph instead of list in a table?
