I took IB and it's higher enough to get into both univ but not as much higher as to get scholarship (score of 1 lacks)
if you did well in the IB, you should be granted to skip the 1st year of uni.

besides, the IB to ATAR conversion is greatly generous. If im not wrong, a mid to high 30+ in the IB should get you a 99+ ATAR.

IMO, take up a student loan, then pay it off later( as in after your degree).

Have you even considered other universities though? I mean, Australia does have other universities that offer courses in commerce.
other school?? such as ??
the only one best alternative school that pops up in my mind is Umelb which costs 30,000$.
I dont like other school, their entrance score is too low [no offence], I know entrance socore can not judge the quality of university, but I just want to make the most advantage of my score.. that's it.

I will probably have my parents smashed tonight and will talk about this again.

UWS Business/Commerce , Macqurie Commerce, UTS Business are in Sydney. The latter 2 are alright and have averageish entrance scores.

That's pretty narrow minded in my opinion. There are some very good universities in Australia. Have you even looked into courses at Macquarie or Wollongong or etc. and not just their ATAR requirements?
