The HSC is a two-year course.
If you're anxious for the entire two years then you're taking the HSC too seriously. In hindsight, the HSC was pretty easy compared to the sort of assessments that can get dropped on your head at uni.

Then there's degrees like mine that have no exams, at all. Funny how that works.

u didnt explain wat burning notes then the australian flag have 2 do with each other??? burning ur old notes is just a way of expressing urself, finally finishing the HSC. mayb u didnt do that n fine u can do wat u wanna, but some people feel like givin the HSC their own send off, n if that means burn notes, then burn the damn notes.

Me too. Actually, more like I'm the kind of person to just store it somewhere away and forget about it. And knowing myself, it's still there but I can never find it so it's effectively lost. Or the bin--that's always an attractive alternative.

I don't find any satisfaction in burning things that I don't like. It feels better to get in there and rip stuff up with your hands or a knife or something.
