Hmm, not that his notes are bad, but I strongly discourage people from LEARNING off other people's notes. It shows laziness and your laziness will show in the exam. His brief points and summaries will only confuse you and cover very basic elements of the dotpoint, insufficient for exam preparation.
Stick to reading a variety of sources, such as textbooks and cross-referencing with official websites. Also do a lot of exam questions from various textbooks. THEN read his summaries and ensure that you agree with those points.
