Value of teamwork - lower individual workload, chance for bludgers to do nothing ( you might wanna rephrase that), learned the value of co-operation (?)

3 good reasons-- ^^^ + more ideas/diversity
1 bad reason: unfair workload

Good:

1. Sharing of ideas.
2. Able to correct, and refined ideas.

team work is much more efficient than individual work... providing that each team member input a fair amount of effort into the work... some ideas that may not seem so clear to you may be explained by others and you will need to explain other ideas which other people don't know to them...
when you teach, you absorb 95% of the material...
and also, it is much more fun as well, rather than individual work...
i am not that a team player tho =( i prefer to do work individually, but i do enjoy occasional team work, and serzly, it is much different from individual work...

noisy as well =)

yeh basically what everone else said...but u can use Crick/Watson and Franklin as an example of how teamwork led to the discovery of the DNA double helix model.

not sure tho... franklin, if my memory is nto fading away, worked independently from waston and crick... due to the overwhelmingly sexism in the the scientific soceity at the time...

but u can certainly talk abt watson and crick => teamwork...
