Yep I verified this with apple. Don't buy the $259 version, it's a scam.

hey griz, how safe is ebay, n how does it work?

i was involved in a scam once. i bought shoes and paid for them and never got them, so after that incident i think ebay is not too safe, especially with electronics , cuase there could be so much stuff worng with it that cant be seen from the outside.

but then the advantage of ebay is that u can get items at a much lower price.

The shuffle is the only other ipod thats smaller than the mini.

Its around~150 for the 512 one.

You will have to wait a few weeks before apple releases the student discount on the new ipod mini, according to the apple centre in chatswood. I cbf waiting so I just paid the full $299.
