dual core = new. new stuff = expensive. give it a few months...

and msy could always up its prices and get a better site.. nah... :)

nice setup rubix. was thinking of going amd for my *next* computer... even though my latest is under a year old :(

lolz, mine is a P3 800 thats why im changing ...
anyway the guy in the fluidtek shop is an absolute asshole, very tight shop aswell der also not very helpful and expect u to be know everything there is to know about computers, very rushed service, the shop is like 1 way its so cramped, its all boxes everywhere, but i guess if i get my comp unharmed it wont matter, he tried to make a joke about the comp being made at longbay jail or something ... i didnt get it at 1st ... and later on after he kept repeating it i got it but it just wasnt funny ... im all worried now :S
anyone had any problems with fluidtek? eg) switheroo?
i really should of asked about this before ...

well thats part of the reason.. I believe Intel is going to price dual core aggressively to push it onto the desktop market. AMD still have plenty of life left in A64, single cores and such. The prices are artificially high to suppress demand, at least until their new production factory comes online
