Can't activate zmail account

I've completely finished the enrolment process for UNSW, but I can't seem to activate my zMail account.

Whenever I enter my student ID and unipass to get my "Initial Windows Live ID", i receive the error message "zmail account information could not be found", even though I can already configure my alias and forwarding through identity manager.

Should I bother IT with this, or am I just expecting them to work too fast, considering it's been less than a day since offers were made?

No surprises. Give it a day or two before going to IT for help.

I deferred last year so have had a student id for a year, my zMail still doesn't work (I am enrolled).

Mine started working at around 4pm yesterday, so I guess it is just a matter of waiting for IT to get around to activating everything.

I registered for mine yesterday and it wasn't working at the time. However it's working just fine now.
