I'm a student at Newcastle doing physio (first year). I was told to get into med at newcastle u need a credit average (in first year) or a pass in your degree. I was also told that the cut off for UMAT is 180 scaled and there is an interview.
My question is do i just need a credit average (or pass average if i finish my degree) to be eligible for an interivew at newcastle (after reaching the umat cut off)?
Cause i was told that school leavers UAI requirement is 93.8 and once you get above that UAi it doesn't matter what UAI you get. So i'm assuming u need a credit average (or pass average for grads) just to get an interview.
