Johns/Burgmann/Unilodge are all anu affiliated, meaning they are privatly run.

The rest- anu owned and operated.

Ursies + laurus wing is anu o&o

Johns and Burgmann are owned by the Catholic and Protestant churches respectively, so although they're privately owned they are non-profit. UniLodge OTOH is owned by the Meridien Group, and I've heard fees over there are quite high.

Laurus Wing is still only partially opened - Stage 1 is finished, Stage 1A and Stage 2 will open in Semester 2, according to the UAS website. We don't actually see the Laurus people around very much over in the main wing
