no, but it does suggest two general things

1) that the person with the (much) higher post count has generally been here longer and therefore has some form of seniority and
2) that they've made more of a contribution to the forums overall (although this is certainly not always true).

when someone comes here having made 10 posts and starts bitching about what members who have actually made a positive contribution should and should not do, it seems a little stupid, no?
