not enabled means that no reistration is required. and not opened means the school hasn't opened the registration.

but some say you have to register, and on some days they have 'not enabled' and some days they have 'not open'
does that mean i can only pick the not open ones?

You pick the not opened ones. Basically whatever days your school is opened, just click whatever ones are opened :p

This means the time lot could be reserved or at this stage is not available. They open only when tutes overfill.

there are some tuts in subjects that although are timetabled they wont be opened for tut registrations. Lecturers usually open these reserve tuts if there are too many students and more tuts are needed.
