Could you give the answer as this:

Yes. Alternatively, you could just give it as R – {3}. Like how if the domain was all reals, you could just write the domain as R.

Could you give the answer as this:

You probably could use set minus as
that is \setminus for LATEX or Word. That is probably a better way.
