I liked Catcher in the Rye, although I didn't study it. I read it when my brother 'studied' it.

Yeah, it is, except for if you choose Standard English in year 11 and 12, apparently.
i use to hate do shakespeare so much. I was like if they make me do it in the hsc, i will so stab myself. After getting to learn Macbeth and R & J, i started to like shakespear. Probably i hated shakespeare because we read Much Ado About Nothing. Such a stupid comedy.

Taming of The Shrew made me like Shakespeare. I hated Macbeth though, until we watched the BBC Shakespeare Retold version, and then I realised that Lady Macbeth despite being a psycho was awesome... and Romeo and Juliet? Classic. Loved Tybalt.

Everyone in my class was all, "Ooh Tybalt, he's such a tool, Mercutio's awesome..." But how can you NOT love a guy who's sole goal in life is to maim anyone with a certain surname? He's crazy! And all done in Shakespeare speech.

animal farm is a great book. short and really funny
I hated Animal Farm with a passion. I did fairly well at the assement task but hated the book.

Ive done Macbeth and Othello and i prefered Othello over Macbeth.

well everyone does have different taste. You could like one book that I dont like and in reverse. I found Animal Farm very clever in the way George Orwell described the characters. Particularly the bit where he says the Pig's faces looked like the humans. :D

OMG the book i just got is so annoying. Every single page is like. WAH!!!! WAH, so amazing. Bloody FOBS lol. No offence to anyone. Meant the FOBS in this story. And if i do offend anyone, I apologise.
