Wow... state library. Sounds trippy! I bet it's really big, too! He he. If I walked in there I'd prob go weak at the knees over how colossal it was. The biggest library I've ever been to is on one level standing on about a 1/4 acre of land, and it's right next to a fishery so you hear all the whirring and buzzing of the machinery next door whenever you're in there. lol. I'd be so out of place in a Sydney lib

I went to the state library for the 1st time last w/e.....ITS SO COOL i am SO jealous of u sydney ppl....... my local library has like 5 book shelves and no tables.... shuts at 5 so by the time u finish school and get there its like shut.
I would do so much more work if i could go there!!

if you take books from the mitchell lib you cant take it out of this certain section which is sort of a bitch

edit: in regards to legal material there is also ladies there to help you with your enquries and give advice

yerh i used the resources foe my legal assessment. i got 20/25 for the report. so its top stuff! add me on for those who want to go on the first sunday after we go back to school.

ohhh dont be jealous of us!
seriously, for the ppl who dont really live "in in" the city, we cant be bothered to go there and go into the lib....we just
a) use our school resources
b) local libraries
c) the net (ur best resource hands down)

so yeah, for me personally, i dont use it heaps now that i have been once. i dont think ill go again soon. maybe once more before hsc.... but even then, i dont really have a NEED to
