In terms of dramatic dynamics (e.g. the delivery side of the speech) consider:
Power -> strength.
Pause -> silence.
Pace -> speed.
Pressure -> stress.
Pitch -> song.
Literary techniques: look for the usual suspects e.g. simile, metaphor, multisensory imagery. But keep an extra eye out for hyperbole (exaggeration), rhetorical questions, exclaimations (exclaimation mark will signify this), onomatopoeia, alliteration/assonance/consonance, rhyme, cliche etc.
