What's with a lot of the cutoff's coming down by so much, especially uni's in sydney. Social Work came down a fair bit, and i thought i had no chance, so i didn't put it in, and then it comes down by like 8 points!! what the?

UAI's are stupid, arrogant, and itch.

why did so little people apply to UNSW Arts? [perhaps nobody can b bothered travelling so far far way] My UAI was way above the cutoff.. and i was scared that i wouldn't get in because Arts has generally been an unstable UAI... I feel like i was part of the small cluster of people who achieved WAYYYYY above the cutoff...

Some students with lower UAIs tend to do quite well at uni because they actually have an interest in the course material, and sometimes even do a lot better than those with higher UAIs, so don't stereotype them.
