Re: Official Semester 1 Exams Thread

I've got no motivation. Have done a total of 7 hours study in the last 4 days.
That's a pretty poor effort.

This has been the worst semester so far. Got burnt out the whole way through. Now I just cannot be fucked.

Can't wait till the 27th...bring on the alcohol so I can drown my sorrows of not getting a credit avg!

Re: Official Semester 1 Exams Thread

An examination paper is released for a predetermined period of time (often 24 hours). You are expected to complete this paper at home, then hand it in on the day that it is due.

I am not looking fwd to that. I decided to fuck off reading my textbook and instead do elearning papers.

Then I got distracted looking at average salaries and jobs available for psychologists.

Haven't done much, except finish reading my PHIL1011 Course Reader. I've also been reading about Freud's Psychosexual Stages of Development. Fun. Oh and I have to come in to hand in a LNGS assignment tomorrow. Poo :(

Re: Official Semester 1 Exams Thread

I'm trying to motivate myself to study. I've done a bit for history, but as that's a three day take-home I'm not sure why I'm studying for it instead of my sit-down exams. Going in tomorrow to get some books and pick up ARPH and GOVT assessments.

Re: Official Semester 1 Exams Thread

Just about to start for the day. Here's what I need to force myself to do:
MKTG3117

Tuesday
Summaries of:
  • Text Chapter 12
  • Cleveland, Kalamas, Laroche (2005)
  • Gremler and Gwinner (2000)
  • Text Ch. 13
  • Grove and Fisk (1997)

Wednesday
Summaries of:
  • Text Ch 16
  • Mittal (1999)
  • Mangold (1999)

Summary of just the main concepts of:
  • Ch 15
  • Ch 17
  • Berry and Yadav (1996)
  • Pullman and Thomson (2003)

State of Origin. GO THE VICTORIA BLUES!!!!

After this, I'll have extensive notes on all the readings for the exam in week 2.

Thursday will be dedicated to getting about 3/4 of the way through the CLAW syllabus (also a week 2 exam).

Then it's accounting study time (week 1 exam).
