I've seen books that have worked solutions from 95 and I think Coroneus has one that goes back to 91 but I'm not fully sure.

I think if we divide the work between 20 BoSer's who would volunteer, it would be very easy to re-write 1990 - 2000 papers, current papers and solutions look so messy and hard to read =(
