Small as in short or skinny or both?

A general rule is, the more reputable the store or brand, the more likely they are to carry small sizes.

but seriously as long as you're not smaller than a six you should be able to find clothes just about anywhere

...and if you are smaller than that get used to the kid's section at kmart and find a good tailor.
