im in yr 12 n wanna do law later but everyone is bugging me cuz i dropped my 2 unit maths, apparantly i cnt do law without 2 units of maths.. is this true?
also, if it is what the deal with summer schools/ bridging courses etc.
plus is it really hard to get in? n with me ( realisticly speaking ) i think im gonna gt in my high 80's, low 90's ( if i study my ass off that is ) cn i gt into law with such uai's? or cn u only gt in with the 99.6 that u need for sydney uni.
sorri i know its long... n u guys r soooooo ova these questions bt jst bear with me, what uni takes the lowest uai's for law? :)

combined laws: 2003-93.10, 2004-92.15

The UAC guide says theres no assumed knowledge for law courses, the only time I see it possibly being an issue is if you combine it with something that needs maths.

That is definitely not true. There is no assumed knowledge for law, only for the degree you combine it with as hipsta_jess said. Therefore you won't need to do a bridging course, but if you find out you do want to do a bridging course for a subject later on, do a University Pages Search here. Also, here is a list of all Bachelor of Laws courses offered by all NSW Universities and their 2004 HECS UAI cut-off. As you can see you only need a UAI of 99.6 for B Laws (Combined Degrees) at the University of Sydney. It appears the the University with the lowest 2004 UAI cut-off for B Laws (Combined Degrees) is the University of New England with a 2004 UAI cut-off of 83. You can narrow the search to just Universities you want here. You can also look at all of the 2004 Main Round UAI cut-offs for HECS courses here:).
