Are there open book tests in yr 12? I really dislike them

I had one for Physics in Year 11 and year 12, they are uncommon but some school do them since they allow students to learn lots of content by themselves.

We had one for chemistry and were about to havwe one for physics. We can only bring 10 pages of hand written notes into the exam. (Thus also preparing us for the trials )

I've done a research task/open book task in year 12 for Biology, lots of the sciences seem to do them :/

this is not necessarily true lol

having open book tests mean that the marker has a higher expectation of the quality of what you produce on paper

so in this case, getting 100% in your HSC assessment task is much harder imo, not necessarily guaranteed

True but you can get super close to it if not getting it.
