well usually towards da end of the year, they would advertise it..
when all the other unis have theirs.. UWS will usually have it the day before all the other unis .. LOL
and its always at parra campus

all the admin stuff was moved to parra a few years ago i think.
tho penrith is a main campus sorta, i mean all the letters go to a PO box there and most degrees have offices there.
but yeah all the admin stuff is at parra. Thats why enrollment for most subjects is there.
