my HRM107 tutor rang my friends up asking if they could help. one said no, so i emailed asking if she needed anyone, and shes like "that would be great" so i guess im lucky i got it

I have sent her an email, and Sandie sent one on my behalf, but havent heard back. Meanwhile, Steve applied and 5 minutes later she offers him an interview.

Maybe they're trying to sexup the uni image? More female students needed... I mean, if that was the case, surely I could appeal to the lesbians?!

EDIT: actually, i think steve was going to forward an email a few days ago, but i think he forgot. maybe it was that. :/
I'll have to email Sandie to make sure i'm on the email list (my bad writing + Complicated email = un-contactable email..doh!)

I emailed her about it. Its because they sent it out to random students, because there are over 300 mentors. I got 'invited' in the latest round, but I applied when Steve got it (because the PR woman doesnt know which mentors received the email) and I havent heard anything. I am so upset. I think I might call her tomorrow and say "ah, excuse me, I've sent you two emails-give me a job!!!"

I havent seen anyone with the hot wristband. They are just like those 'peace' wristbands that are out at the moment. You see, they're trying to make us more patriotic to SAM by showing us that our fees go to little rubber wristbands that you can only get after spending money around campus . I was thinking of 'saving' up for one because I get coffee, and muffins and other random bits from all the shops, but never go to the bar, and thus could never get it.
