Optometry through Vision Science (1 Viewer)

What courses do I need to take in a Bachelor of Science (vision science) to have a chance at transferring into Optometry/Science in 2011.
Im completely lost and any help would be appreciated.

Also can anyone tell me how important physics, chemistry and mathematics are if doin the most basic classes in all 3 for first semester for example physics 1A do i need past physics knowledge ?
