i moved my table so that my back was facing the computer and studied from notes and resources that were not from the computer or internet ... as well as resisting the urge to chat ... and turned up the music to cut out the outside world ... took some food ... and off i studied ... until i decided to watch some tele as relaxation which continued for hours on end ... so the moral of the story ... first avoid the internet and then avoid the television ...Originally posted by jessika
