Yes, thats the official line for FCE. I'm going to try do 30 or 33 units next session, overloading with either FINS1613 or ACCT2542

YUp.. Gonna overload into science, by first enrolling into commerce subjects. Now to pick between FINS1613 and ACCT2542:p

There are ways to get around that strict FCE rule - I know someone that had been overloading since 1st year, but he was an Actuary/Maths student.

yeah you have to be really "good" for them to let you overload earlier than your final year

It is pointless if you're trying to finish a 3 yr degree any sooner than 3 yrs obviously...

I thought there was a rule about the min amount of time it takes a student to graduate? I recall reading somewhere that you're not allowed to graduate below the minimum time specified

e..g B Commerce. Min time is 3 yrs. You can't get overload in order to graduate in 2.5 yrs

It is not for someone who doesn't have a life, stay at home 24/7 :p

Overloading is cool as long as the admin is not a bitch (male/female)... and the lecturer is cool.

im happy with my high credit WAM

getting 100 is always within your grasp, but is way too much effort. and high credit will allow me to do honours anyway. although i am always looking to improve upon the minimum

I guess marks of 100 helps in letting you overload :p

How many units are you overloading by?
Hehe.... just overloading 3cr/semester this year..... I overloaded stats and will overload another elec subject next semester, both 3cr.... Not like me doing 36cr in a semester...

Has anyone overloaded to 30cr for more than a year? how does the work load feel like? I'm barely surviving at 27cr.....

Hm..... random similes here :chainsaw:
