Is there anyone here planning to go to uni overseas? I'm in the process of applying now, and i'd be interested to know if anyone else was doing the same. There's so much paperwork :(

In Boston, Wellesley College and Bentley College; in Georgia, Augusta State Uni and in Arkansas U of the Ozarks. I'm looking at a lot of different courses, it will depend on where i go. Most of my choices are either Liberal Arts or Business unis.

Whats the difference between a 'college' and a 'uni' in USA? Are they the same thing over there?

well first u got like community colleges, which generally have pretty bad reps, because they are kind of seen pretty slummy etc and aren't exactly prestigious.

generally colleges are the undergraduate unis eg Harvard College is the undergrad part of Harvard Uni. This isn't always the case though.
