Hey current students of UNSW, would you like to share any secret hideaways that are superb for parking?

Or does anyone have any info of residents nearby who rent out their garages??

There's a hugeass parking lot on UNSW isnt there? My friends parked there on Open Day

It's usually fairly simple to find a parking spot in the surrounding streets, just a block or two away... and I think the on-campus parking only costs $2.50 per day anyway (or something along those lines - I imagine it would fill up quickly though).

Parking in the parking stations, get there by 9-10.

Costs $4 for 5 hours. Bit more after that. $6-7 would last you the full 8 hour day or so from memory.

If I'm there for 2 hours, I'll park in the Randwick end. But there's barely any parking. And they police it. You don't want to park there too long.

Garages you would be looking at something like $35 a week, which isn't cheap.

well if they're graduating students, they won't park there anymore so hopefully there'd be enough spaces for us to take over.

I park on the Barker st side. I hate walking up the main walk, or else I'd park on the other side of Anzac pde. Good luck finding a park on High st.

and..... i love seeing the new cars ! anybody drive anything recognisable?

What's wrong with public transport ?

City Rail and Sydney Buses is the way to go.. until i get myself a car.
