nah your age makes you cheap, most places that need untrained workers will want you as long as you’re like friendly and a good worke

part time = consistent hours, harder to fire you, benefits like paid sick leave
casual = random hours, 25% more pay, can be fired at any time if they just stop giving you shifts, a bit more flexible if u want more shifts over a holiday or smth

imo part time is better if ur relying on your job for like survival and casual is better if you just want some money on the side
