my mind is blank on this
and the definition of participants is conflicting with a different definition for a different subject (i cant remember which one)
n e way
i've looked everywhere but i cant find one for IPT
is a participant the person/s who uses the information system or the people who are affected by it
im leaning towards the former

without going to the textbook and i could be completely wrong but in my head it's the former.. the people who use the system. i know lwaxana is gonna see this and kill me if im wrong, but thats what i think it is
