is a pass conceded Automatic if we score between 45-49? or do we actually have to appeal for it?

And if I got a PC, can I repeat the unit anyway? (since the CPA/CA doesn't accept PC)

At most uni's you have to show good cause for why you shouldn't be given an F afaik.

uws has stopped handing out CP's so to otherwise pass or any other administrative grade, you will have to take it up with your unit coordinater nad do a review of grade if you have a legitimate reason. policy on that is here http://policies.uws.edu.au/view.current.php?id=00022#maj11

My unit coordinator gave me a Pass, though it hasn't been considered as conceeded. I was on 46 or 47 for a subject and he bumped me up to 50... Though he did say not to tell anyone.

i got a CP in spring 2005's final, they're only hand it out to those who passed the final exam but with overall mark(final + class mark) between 46-49 incl.
