Photocopy/type up your half yearly and ask other people if they want to trade your paper for theirs.
It's not like people will photocopy/type up their past papers for you if you don't give them an incentive.

I need past papers from other schools too, like independent papers , trials ANYTHING apart from BOS HSC papers -.-

Everyones decisions are based on self interest, regardless of what they say. In order for you to get papers from others, you need to offer some form of incentive and benefit to the other party (such as notes). This has always worked well and may yield a relationship where you assist each other throughout the yr. Do something productive like this and i guarantee you'll get more out of bos than you currently are.
