What the hell is it? Have I already filled it out?

I want to pay ALL my HECS upfront. Does anyone know how I do that. How do I see whether this option has been chosen for me, etc?

If you want to pay ALL your HECS upfront then there was the only option left apart from deferring it. So i guess you're supposed to select that option and see what's next. I deferred my HECS payment btw. I'm poor.

Hey don't worry, not everyone here has a few thousand grand just lying around to pay HECS. I know I don't.
