I'm after some value for money 2.1 system for my computer.

I was looking at the Harmon Kardon, 2 speakers like the ones from Dell, except can't find how much they are by themselves.

The speakers would be used for a few movies and listening to Mp3s.
My budget is about $70 and under, what are some speaker models you would recommend and places I could get them. I'm looking for good quality while cheap.

www.arc.com.au (they should start paying me the ammount I pimp them lol.

I got a set of Creative SBS 370's a 2.1 system from there and have no complaints.

For that money you might be able to score a cheap set of 4.1's.

I've got these ones: http://www.arc.com.au/show_product.php?id=SPKALT301 on one of the machines here.
They're only $47.40 (At arc at least), but sound excellent. Even in the lower price brackets altec lansing gear has always impressed me, but I guess it's just up to preference :) If you're looking for something closer to your budget the $78 altec lansings on there are probably great too, but I have no experience with those ones personally.

except anything as powerful as that i'd get my neck chopped off.

I got a a Yamaha floor standing speaker system set for $5000 two month ago and it's driving the neighbours made already.

Even on like the lowest volume, the sound travels next door, especially now since it's summer with all our windows open.

Also my comp is in my room, so yeh even more dead if I play those speakers.

So i'm just gonna see which one when my corner computer store orders them
-Logitech Z3s
-Altech Lansing (2 of them i saw at harvey norman both marked for 150 i think) or 100.

so yeh
thansk for your help
